Managing Director

Ken McCabe is the Managing Director of KDL since May 2010 but he has over 30 years’ experience working in businesses associated with the Hospitality Industry.

He has a wealth of experience and product knowledge and enjoys being part of the team in his own words “There is no I in Team”

Proudly, Ken has positioned KDL as a trusted supplier to some of the largest contract catering companies, hotel chains and some of the top restaurants in Ireland, a testament to his dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction. His relentless pursuit of quality and customer-focused approach has earned him a reputation for reliability and professionalism within the industry.

Driven by a commitment to innovation and service, Ken continues to lead KDL towards new heights of success, always striving to exceed expectations and deliver value to clients across diverse sectors.

Outside of office hours Ken enjoys travelling and playing golf.

Mary McCabe

Financial Director

Mary McCabe brings a wealth of financial expertise to her role as Financial Director at KDL, having taken on this pivotal position in May 2010. While her primary responsibility lies in managing the financial aspects of the company, Mary’s interests extend far beyond the realm of numbers.

With a keen eye for aesthetics and presentation, Mary has developed a strong passion for interiors, tabletop presentation, and food presentation. She relishes the opportunity to explore these interests further by attending trade shows, where she actively seeks out new suppliers and products to enhance KDL’s already diverse product range.

Mary is also part of the marketing team in KDL and is enjoying learning new ways of reaching out to people through the social media platforms.

When not working Mary enjoys travelling and plays the odd game of golf too…
